All position responsibilities will be rooted in driving our strategic priorities of optimizing Organizational effectiveness, building Workforce Capability, creating a high performance culture and fostering employee engagement to support UHC’s priorities. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in continually reviewing and providing in-depth analysis of the current and future people and skills needs of the organization and develop strategies and plans to meet those needs Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities or areas of risk Provide human capital core process assistance to business leaders to help drive consistency, a high performance culture and enhanced engagement Provide leaders and managers with human capital management information through technology and assists them using this information Lead assigned human capital projects in the areas of retention, engagement, compensation, talent management and organizational design Create processes and solutions in partnership with management which support a positive employee relationship environment through effective communications, policies and practices Extensive interaction and effective working relationships with the Human Capital Centers of Expertise to ensure effective development and implementation of programs, practices and processes to meet business needs Culture, Vision and Values: Facilitates the definition and communication of the organization culture, visions and values which to guides the decisions and actions of the managers and employees of the organization. Acts as a change agent to the business and designs processes and approaches, which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation
