Description The Latam recruiter will focus on hiring for our Consumer Latam division and will manage the full cycle recruiting process recruiting process from talent identification to new hire onboarding. This recruiter will apply his/her previous financial services experience developing relationships with business leadership and HR partners, in order to align talent pipeline to business needs at all levels and become a trusted partner. This individual will leverage his/ her robust industry connections to proactively identify external talent, along with their strong social networking abilities. Responsibilities: Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers Consult with assigned client groups within the Latam Wealth Management organization as well as the overall Consumer Bank to develop relationships, to discuss marketing and appropriate sourcing strategies eg internal and external, in addition to direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment methods. Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders; working closely with appropriate parties to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and sign off. Extend and/or negotiate candidate offers and performs data entry into appropriate systems as needed including dispositioning candidates in Taleo. Research competitive markets and peer organizations and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information. Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to. Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities, as well as, community and academic career fairs. Ensure “”best practice”” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process Qualifications Fluency in Spanish required, knowledge of Portuguese a plus BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required Proven client and candidate development skills 4+ years as a professional recruiter; additional experience in a recruiting support role preferred Familiarity with both search and direct hiring as well as local employment laws Negotiation skills and consultative skills Proven knowledge and execution skills in a recruiting organization preferably within a financial services organization with strong requirements for process, compliance and technology Strong client service orientation; teamwork & communication Skills Performs successfully in a high change environment; Able to quickly and effectively transition between tasks. Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment Proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills Superior organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail.
