Serves as an internal consultant to Business Partners and leaders, through the analysis, design and recommendation of pay practices. Participates in salary surveys, and monitors market trends. Adheres to Federal and New Jersey state labor laws and practices. Special Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
