Compensation & Benefits Manager Requirements: -80-90K -20+ years of experience required. -Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources required. -Must have HR Management experience along with compensation and benefit experience. -Experience dealing with working with providers to get rates adjusted, understands how it works for a company to be self-insured. -Experience with different types of payroll systems and knows all applicable laws. -Experience in reaching out to local companies to compare pay scales with to make sure the company competitive, and someone who is open to challenges.
