Human Resource Supervisor Requirements: -80-100K -20+ years of experience required. -Bachelors Degree in Human Resources required. -Experience in HR employee relations, training, recruiting and staffing, and benefits administration. -Knowledge and experience with labor laws and regulations including FMLA, EEO, AAP, ADA, OSHA, Safety Programs, etc. -Knowledge of HR policies and practices, benefits, compensation and benefits. -Strong communication, presentation and team facilitation skills. -Knowledge of instructional design, classroom facilitation, web based training, training assessment and evaluation. -Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Kronos and payroll systems. -Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred. Job Duties: -Performing HR related duties including employee relations, training, recruiting and staffing, and benefits administration. -Assisting with screening applicants, conducting interviews and making job offers. -Maintaining current position descriptions, attending job fairs, monitoring turnover trends. -Assisting the Safety Manager with monitoring Safety Program Compliance. -Supervising absence, FMLA, short and long-term disability. -Monitoring records to support Affirmative Action plan reporting. -Responding to all unemployment claims. -Participating in organizational teams and committees.
