Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for: – Running payroll; – Setting up employee files and procedures for entry/exit interviews; – Human resource administrative duties, including the screening of resumes; and, – The development and implementation of HR services, policies, and programs.
