Hello HR Generalists! If you’re looking for a new temporary assignment or a temp-to-hire role, we may have a great position for you! We’re currently working with a number of clients based in Boston as well as North of Boston. Our clients are interested in meeting HR Generalists that would like to play a key role in supporting HR activities as well as acting as an internal HR resource to employees. Essential Functions and responsibilities will include: * Work closely with the HR team to provide support to staff and managers in relation to policies, payroll processes, performance management, employee-relations issues and other employee requests/questions. * Support recruitment for non-exempt and exempt positions at all levels, partner with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies, and screen candidates. * Develop and coordinate onboarding information for new hires. * Assist in the research and development of new programs and policies to support an expanding organization. * Assist with various HR-related special projects and reports on an ongoing or ad hoc basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education * BA or BS degree preferred Experience * Two to five years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources * Strong customer service orientation * Ability make decisions based on sound judgment If you are a professional HR Generalist with excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, please contact us for immediate consideration!
