-Terrific opportunity to join an expanding company (job open due to growth) and assist them with managing their HRIS and Compensation programs.
-Candidate will re-engineer current processes and identify key initiatives to ensure effecient processing of organization records. Relay processing requirements to support team and ensure the testing of the requirements. Develop and deliver process documention and training to key users. Manage projects, conduct audits of master data and provide regular reporting.
-Will also manage the annual salary review process by administering the on-line tool, provide training and communication to stakeholders, handle benchmarking activites, market studies and manage salary survey process.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required along with 10 years of Human Resources systems experience and some exposure to Compensation.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required along with the ability to present to upper management.
-Must be a self-starter who can think creatively to solve problems with good project management experience.
