Five (5) years professional recruiting experience; 2 years leadership recruitment experience required. Healthcare and/or agency recruiting experience preferred. Full life cycle recruitment; knowledge of internet based recruiting and experience with talent management system technology; MS Office Suite; HRIS technology; current federal and state employment law; strong customer service orientation; ability to build working relationships with stakeholders and candidates; strong oral and written communication skills. This position will provide talent acquisition services for Leadership positions (Director) including sourcing, networking, cold calling, application management, screenings, labor pool market analysis, and career event attendance. The recruiter will serve as a lead subject matter expert to entity hiring leadership, providing best practice methodology, process improvement and support. Additionally, the position will ensure consistency and compliance with THR employment policies and programs as well as support initiatives of marketing THR as the premier healthcare employer of choice.
