Description The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the internal and external recruiting process. Interacts with various levels of candidates, human resources and hiring managers to manage the pre-employment processing. -Maintains information in the Applicant Tracking System and other Human Resource Management Systems -Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and to ensure a positive candidate experience. -Interacts with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-boarding experience. -Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug tests, etc. -Support on-boarding of new hires into Human Resource Information System. -Supports Compliance and KRI (previously known as RCSA) Testing -Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration and company policy per management direction Qualifications -High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred -One to three years of relevant work experience -Two years in Human Resources/Staffing or Recruiting preferred –Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resource policies & practices -Previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment -Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills -Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail -Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task. -Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently. -Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, and deliverables of team members. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. -Advanced skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo and/or Ultipro a plus) preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Primary Location: United States,Florida,Tampa Education: High School Diploma/GED Job Function: Human Resources Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 15052105
