A large company is looking for a qualified recruiter to help support their growing business for their other locations. Candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting clinical or healthcare positions and experience using an ATS. In addition to the recruiting, this candidate will help describe the benefits, compensation packages, and assist with any on-boarding or orientation for new hires. DUTIES * Use multiple resources such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc to recruit and source candidates. * Revise and post job descriptions * Pre-screen candidates, compose summary of candidates for hiring manager review, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and follow-up as necessary with appropriate persons. * Assist with on-boarding candidates and conduct new hire orientations * Track and maintain candidate statuses in applicant tracking system. * Administer ATS and provide training to end-users as needed * Assist with offer formulation, offer letters and extension.
