The Senior Analyst – Total Rewards is an integral member of the HR team, helping to create and manage Wendy’s Compensation and Benefits programs. This role will partner heavily with all areas of Human Resources and have many opportunities to recommend and implement programs and process improvements to create efficiencies and enhance the employee experience. Specific Responsibilities Include Perform analyses and develop recommendations in support of the annual compensation and benefits planning process. This role will be pivotal in benchmarking competitive and best practices. Conduct sophisticated project-related analysis. Interpret findings,develop recommendations and craft communications in support of projects. Assist with Total Rewards plan design, as well as document preparation and communications. Partner with Accounting, IT, and other business partners to ensure accurate implementation and execution of plans. Partner with all areas of HR to provide guidance, interpretation and support regarding Total Rewards philosophy, programs, policies and practices. Administer the compensation and/or benefit programs and processes, working with HR and management to establish timelines, develop communications and provide advice on policy or procedural matters. Interact with all levels of employees to provide guidance and interpretation of programs. Manages vendor relationships in area(s) of expertise, including problem resolution, data interfaces, administration and billing. This position will be based at The Wendy’s Company headquarters in Dublin, a suburb of Columbus, OH. The Wendy’s Company is the world’s second largest quick-service hamburger company. Visit Qualifications: Education / Experience Education – Bachelors Degree in human resource management, business, finance, or related field Education – MBA or Masters in HR, MILR, etc. 2-4 years experience in human resources, financial analysis, or related field Results focused; proven track record of achievement Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions and make reliable decisions Highly collaborative with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees A clear focus on making continuous process improvements.
