Senior Payroll Manager Requirements: -120K -20+ years of experience required. -Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required. -Knowledge and responsibility in payroll functions. -Should have payroll and benefit responsibility for 7000-10,000 employees. -Expert knowledge of payroll principles and compensation and tax laws in US, Canada, Mexico, and Asia. -Acquisition experience required. -Knowledge and experience in SOX compliance, wage and hour laws, payroll processing, time and attendance systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft and ADP. -Advanced Excel skills. -Global payroll experience preferred. Job Duties: -Responsible for managing payroll processes for over 12K employees for a multinational company at sites across the Americas and in Asia. -Ensuring that compensation is administered according to all company and governmental rules and laws, privacy restrictions, and international employment law. -Maintaining and applying internal control standards. -Managing and team development of payroll professionals in USA and global locations. -Auditing and implementing best practices for payroll processing accuracy, tax payments, automated workflows, electronic timekeeping, etc. -Leading the selection, implementation and management of 3rd party relationships. -Staying current on payroll systems and upgrades. -Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
