Discover is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Corporate Headquarters in Riverwoods, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. We are searching for a highly professional individual with an upbeat, can-do attitude who will help guide candidates through the recruitment and interview process for Discovers Talent Acquisition department. This individual must possess excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills along with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: – Will be the face of Discover for prospective candidates. Functioning as their point of contact for scheduling interviews and providing onsite assistance through the interview process. – Will assist with both internal and external candidates at Discover. – Serve as candidates primary contact when logistical questions arise throughout the interview process. – Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through acting as the face of Discover and ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to interview and beyond. – Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with the candidate, hiring manager and interview team. – Arrange travel and communicate travel schedules to candidates including responsibility for travel expense report management. – Ability to act as liaison between recruiter, hiring manager and candidate. Respond in a professional and efficient manner to inquiries from candidates, recruiters and hiring managers for questions related to recruitment activities and interview schedules. – Assist recruiter with development and distribution of offer letters. – Greet employees at New Employee Orientation and assist with collecting and reviewing documentation. – Able to interact with all levels of management, HR professionals and other members of the organization including executive management. – Attendance at weekly staff meetings and responsible for tracking interview volume. – Other administrative duties as assigned.
