Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern ID: 15000793 Description Description: – Provide administrative support to high volume corporate Talent Acquisition Team in the end-to-end recruiting process – Screen and handle candidates calls, resumes and correspondences as requested – Schedule candidates for interviews; prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate – Manage candidate travel requirements as needed – Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance – Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate – Coordinate candidate background checks and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor – Coordinate all internal and external job postings – Assist with the recruiting report preparation – Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc – Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting-related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc We are the leading source of intelligent information for the world’s businesses and professionals, providing customers with competitive advantage. Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree preferred. – Experience of working in Human Resources or administrative support role required – Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Must be highly proficient with Human Resource system databases, preferably automated applicant tracking systems such as Taleo – Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately – Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills – Must be able to handle confidential information with care and discretion At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
